A few years ago I moved to this branch because they treated me very well, both the executives and the Director. This week I returned, and due to a change in personnel, the attention of the executive and her director was horrible. How is it possible that a bank puts such inefficient people to serve its clients???
One of the branches with more time in Cuernavaca and with the remodeling it was very good and improving in service. It is a very good option for when you go to the plaza to take advantage of doing what you need at the bank or with its ATMs to have cash. Good luck keep it up!!!
2 executives for 20 people in the waiting room per hour, I suggest you go to another branch that is not as poor as this one, do not waste your time here.
Poorly trained and inattentive executives. The cashier 4 executive who assisted me looked at her cell phone the entire time and that's how she said goodbye looking at her cell phone. In addition to 3 executives that I consulted, each gave me their opinion on the subject and none of them agreed.
